Hubei Lvbang Renewable Resources Co.,Ltd is located in the Xialu District Circular Economy Industrial Park of Huangshi, Hubei, a national large-scale solid waste disposal base, covering an are of 100 mu. It’s core business processing and delivery and it serves as a key supplier of scrap steel raw materials for Wuhan Steel and other surrounding large steel mills.
In July 2025, the company selected a ZONKIN 1250-ton step-type multi blade shear as the core equipment for it’s processing upgrade through public bidding. Remarkable results have been achieved after the equipment was put into operation.
The ZONKIN multi-blade shear enables one-step forming of ship plate scrap, eliminating secondary processing completely and brings a leap-forward improvement in production capacity. Its hourly output easily exceeds 20tons, with stable daily processing capacity of around 200 tons. Compared with the previous processing method, it delivers drastically higher efficiency and greatly cuts labor cost.
